THE The election took place during the club’s ordinary general assembly, held in the António Lino room, at the Marcolino Castro Stadium, the work of which ended before midnight.
The designation comes under the legal regime of Sports Limited Companies in Portugal, according to a 2023 update, which gives the founding club the right to nominate or elect a representative to join the SAD management body.
Within the same legal framework, the elected member has the right to participate in all company management meetings, although without the right to vote in deliberations, assuming a role in monitoring, supervising and strengthening the institutional link with the founding club.
At the meeting, the members of the Santa Maria da Feira emblem also approved the financial report for the 2025/2026 sports season and the proposal for applying the results, with all items on the agenda receiving a favorable opinion.
