THEBenfica’s partners approved today, at the General Assembly (AG), the management report and individual and consolidated accounts for the 2025/26 financial year, with 73.68% of votes in favor.
According to the information provided by the club’s official media, the club’s accounts received 73.68% of votes in favor, with 26.32% of votes against, in a GA that took place between 09:00 and 19:00 in pavilion no. 2 at Estádio da Luz, in Lisbon, and which saw the participation, in person and online, of 8,190 members.
In the 2025/26 financial year, the Benfica Group recorded a positive consolidated net profit of 23.9 million euros (ME), of which 16.3 ME are attributable to the club. The result of individual accounts was positive at 16.15 ME.
Also during today’s main meeting, Rui Costa presented the new emblem of the Luz club, which, according to the president, “is in line with what was defined during the last review of the statutes”.
This new emblem will, according to Rui Costa, already appear on the new membership cards that will be delivered after the renumbering currently taking place and will also be gradually introduced “in all areas of the club over the next few months”.
