Nehuén Pérez was one of the surprises in FC Porto’s starting eleven for this Saturday’s visit to Rio Ave, in a game valid for the second round of the I League, and justified this bet by Francesco Farioli with the first goal of the night in Vila do Conde.
Following a corner kick that was taken by Spanish creative Gabri Veiga, the Argentine defender jumped higher than everyone else and headed the ball into the back of Rio Ave’s net.
It should be noted that Nehuén Pérez started against Rio Ave, something that had not happened since August 30th of last year, against Sporting.
